Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

Golden Touch Naturals sends all ready-to-ship orders ASAP, usually within 1 business day!

As soon as your order ships you will receive the tracking information via email, please allow 24 hours for the tracking page to update.

We personally ship all orders (we don’t use a Third-Party!) worldwide

from our farm in Westport, MA located in the USA.

We are not responsible for bad addresses, please be sure the shipping address you provide is receiving mail regularly.

If you select UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air but ask

to ship to a PO Box Address, we will ship via the relevant USPS service level

(UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes).

DOMESTIC

We ship via USPS and UPS based on size and weight.

You have the choice at checkout to choose your shipping service and timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL

We utilize USPS International for all international orders. Import Taxes and Duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We take pride in our farm, our alpacas, the fiber they produce and all the amazing products we create with it.

We are intimately involved in each step of the manufacturing process and want our customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase from us.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can talk more about your issue and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

Golden Touch Naturals stands by everything we sell, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may send it back in new condition for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it sorted out.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

and we will cover the exchange shipping back to you.

How to Care for Alpaca Socks

Our Alpaca Socks all have care instructions on their labels.

The majority can be MACHINE WASHED - Gentle Cycle in COLD WATER and TUMBLE DRIED on LOW/No Heat.

For our more delicate styles, we recommend Laying them flat to Dry to extend their comfort and life cycle.

Care Instructions - Everything Else

We recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild natural fiber detergent and lay flat to dry.

Each product has its care instructions listed in the product listing.

Can we visit the farm for a tour?

We are a working farm and not currently open to the public for visits.
