Farming in general has this uncanny ability of keeping you grounded and present on a daily basis. The land, the animals, and the nature around you are all dependent on you taking those small steps forward, day after day.

As you get caught up in the daily barn chores, or preparation for each fast approaching season, sometimes it takes viewing what you've immersed yourself in through the lens of fresh eyes to remind you of where you started, where you are, and where you are headed.

We are very fortunate this summer to have some fresh eyes viewing, capturing, and sharing our alpaca farm with all of you.
